It is our established policy to provide our customers with Packaging Products that meet our customer’s standard of quality and excellence consistent with their agreed requirements and in conformance to the company’s quality specifications. At RMP, quality and service are of vital importance.
We are committed to the aims and objectives set forth in the company’s Management Policy Manual and the accompanying BRC/IoP Quality and Hygiene. As well the continuous improvement of systems and processes relating to the products and services supplied.
The company’s HACCP Plan outlines the approach to controlling possible sources of contamination or conditions which could adversely affect the quality of the finished product. Management objectives are developed through review and monitoring of the company’s performance of the management system. Such objectives are monitored and reviewed through performance review processes/audits to ensure adequate progress.
The purpose of the quality and hygiene systems is to describe how the company quality policy is put into effect, to give instructions and/or guidance to employees and to describe the overall policies and procedures within the company; This also provides the reporting framework for measuring the effectiveness of the systems and for monitoring critical control points (CCPs) within this system.
All employees are responsible for the implementation of the quality assurance techniques applicable to their activities and they are responsible for achieving the specified quality levels at all stages of work affected by these activities. Overall responsibility for ensuring adherence to these standards rests with the Company’s senior management team.
